1. SPONSOR
The Engelbert Strauss Sweepstakes for 2026 Leagues Cup® Tickets (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Engelbert Strauss, Inc., 285 Cozzins St., Columbus, OH, 43215, (310) 425-1100, media@strauss.com (“Sponsor”). Any reference to “Sponsor” in these terms and conditions (“Official Rules”) includes any of Sponsor’s direct and indirect parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents of any state excluding Florida and New York (the “Territory”) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsor and the SUM Entities (defined below) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a Prize (defined below). The Sweepstakes is subject to and is void outside the Territory and where prohibited by applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
3. APPLICATION PERIOD AND GAMES
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM PDT on August 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on the date specified below for the applicable game (each, an “Entry Period”). When entering through one of the methods outlined in Section 4 below, you must select which game(s) you wish to enter. Each game is treated as a separate Sweepstakes with separate winners, as further described below.

4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, there are 2 different ways to enter, which are described below. By entering through 1 of these methods, you affirm your acceptance of these Official Rules, and you will receive 1 entry in the applicable Sweepstakes for each game you select.
You may enter by completing an online entry form, including your first and last name and email address, via the Sweepstakes’ website here.
You may also enter through Facebook or Instagram. To enter through Facebook or Instagram, you must click the “Sign Up”, “Enter Now,” or another similar term on the applicable Strauss advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, after which the form will populate your information, including first and last name and email address, and then you may click “Submit” to enter your information assuming it is accurate. By entering through this method, you consent to the applicable third-party platform collecting and using your information for these purposes and the purposes outlined in the third-party platform’s privacy policy.
In order to enter the Sweepstakes via social media, you will need to be a registered user of the applicable social media service (i.e., Facebook or Instagram). Registration is free and can be done by visiting the applicable service’s site. If you choose to enter via the social media service using your mobile phone, standard data fees may apply. See your wireless provider for pricing plan details.
All entries must include a valid email address for the Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address submitted at the time of entry provided the individual is eligible according to these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Entrant must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Entrant will be given the option to receive emails from Sponsor; however, Entrant’s consenting to do so will not increase your chances of winning. There is no limit to the number of entries if submitted in compliance with these Official Rules, except that Sponsor reserves the right to limit the number entries if they are excessive.
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, administered, or endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.
5. WINNER SELECTION; RANDOM DRAWING
The winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing within approximately 2 to 3 days after the conclusion of the applicable Entry Period from among all eligible Entrants and entries received by Sponsor. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
To be confirmed as a winner, the applicable Entrant will be required to provide identification to Sponsor, and Sponsor may require the winner and its guests to execute and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release provided by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time period required by Sponsor, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
6. PRIZE
The table below outlines the number of winners and prizes (each, a “Prize”) available per game. Each winner will receive 4 tickets to the applicable 2026 Leagues Cup® game, which may be a combination of Category A and Category B tickets and will be to one of the games Entrant selected as part of entering.

The approximate retail value (ARV) of each ticket is $95 for Category A tickets. The total ARV of all Prizes across all 4 Sweepstakes is $3,800, which is $950 per Sweepstakes.
ARV depends on the date and location of the event and tickets, which will be determined by Sponsor. Transportation to or from the city of the event or the venue is not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance, including any lodging accommodations, transportation costs, luggage fees, meals, gratuities, and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner’s guests must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian or unless the guest is the child or legal ward of the winner.
7. NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified by the means determined by Sponsor, which may be via email or direct message on the applicable social media service. If any potential winner does not respond to any such notification within 1 day of the date of notification, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited, and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.
8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, discontinue, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time in compliance with applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
The 2026 Leagues Cup® dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the SUM Entities and may be subject to change. Exact seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as a Prize will govern if the event does not happen due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason. Winner and its guests agree to comply with all applicable venue rules and regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and the SUM Entities reserve the right to remove or deny entry to winner and/or its guests who engage in any disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at any game, event, or exhibition. Sponsor and the SUM Entities will not be responsible for weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the event.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND SPONSOR AND THE SUM ENTITIES DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. PUBLICATION AND GRANT OF RIGHTS
By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that it owns all right, title, and interest in the entry as of the date of submission. Entries cannot defame any person or invade their privacy rights, whether living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon the personal or proprietary rights or any other third party. If the entry contains any material, content, or items that are not owned by the Entrant or that are subject to the rights of third parties, Entrant is responsible for obtaining, and agrees it has obtained as part of submitting the entry, any and all releases, consents, and rights necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the entry by Sponsor and the SUM Entities in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including name, image, and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the entry. If any identifiable person appearing in the entry is under the age of majority in its state of residence, the parent or legal guardian of such person is required to provide permission. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any Entrant at any time. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems to be offensive, inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsor’s image, or that is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, in its sole discretion. All trademarks used are the property of their respective owner(s) and are used for prize description purposes only.
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant assigns all right, title, and interest in the entry to Sponsor and hereby grants the non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable right to the Released Parties (defined below) to use, reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, perform, translate, adapt, modify, and otherwise exploit the entry and Entrant’s winning of and participation in the Prize (as applicable), on their own or in other works in any media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation, including posting the winner and guest on the social media sites and websites of the Released Parties, provided that the Released Parties have no obligation to exploit any of the foregoing.
10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and releases and waives any and all claims against, and agrees to hold harmless, the following entities (“Released Parties”): Sponsor, the SUM Entities, and any other companies that assist with fulfilling, administering, or promoting the Sweepstakes, including any officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents of the foregoing entities, in each case from and against any claim, cause of action, damage, including personal injury or property damage, cost, and expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize. The SUM Entities are not sponsors or administrators of the Sweepstakes and are in no way responsible or liable for the administration of the Sweepstakes. The “SUM Entities” means the Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), and Player Development, LLC (“PDEV” and together with MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, collectively, the “SUM Entities“) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies.
Sponsor and SUM Entries are not responsible for late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undelivered, destroyed, or lost entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, including lost or unavailable network connections. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the Prize if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, it determines that the Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible or otherwise liable for any CLAIMS, damages, or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, related to the SWEEPSTAKES, and acceptance, participation in, and use of the prize are at the winner’s sole risk.
11. WINNER’S LIST
For the winner’s list (available after the Prize is awarded), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Engelbert Strauss Sweepstakes for 2026 Leagues Cup® Tickets Winner’s List, 285 Cozzins St, Columbus, OH, 43215. The request must be received by September 30, 2026.
12. DISPUTES
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Entrant irrevocably submits to venue and exclusive personal jurisdiction in the federal and state courts in New Castle County, Delaware for any dispute arising under these Official Rules or otherwise in relation to the Sweepstakes.
13. PRIVACY
In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, Entrant may be required to supply certain personal information about themselves. This information will be used by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with these Official Rules. Any personal information will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://strausoffers.com/policies/privacy-policy. By submitting an entry and subject to applicable law, Entrant agrees Sponsor may use Entrant’s personal information submitted with the entry for purposes of Prize fulfillment and may add Entrant to Sponsor’s marketing email list. Entrant consents to receiving marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor. Entrant agrees their personal information may be received via a third party’s platform if Entrant enters via a third-party platform and is then subject to the third party’s privacy policies.
The SUM Entities are not sponsors or administrators of the Sweepstakes and are in no way responsible or liable for the administration of the Sweepstakes. All trademarks used are the property of their respective owner(s) and are used for prize description purposes only.
