Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its Contest organizers, the PRWCA Entities (defined below), and each of their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to, and is void where prohibited by, applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
3. APPLICATION PERIOD
The application period begins at 12:00 a.m. PDT on November 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on November 30, 2026 (“Application Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER

Each Applicant Business is limited to one (1) entry.
Submission of an entry requires the Entrant’s acceptance of these Official Rules, on the Entrant’s own behalf and on behalf of the Applicant Business. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely Submissions are void and will not be accepted.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Entrants and Applicant Businesses. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a Submission or their Applicant Business, Sponsor will determine the correct Entrant and Applicant Business, which may be based on the information associated with the Submission.
As a part of the Submission, Entrant will be required to complete questions regarding itself and the Applicant Business. All requested information on the Submission must be complete for an Entrant and Applicant Business to be considered. Any communication or information transmitted to Sponsor as part of the Submission, whether through the Contest website or via email, will not be treated as confidential information of the Entrant. By submitting a Submission, Entrant represents and warrants that it has all requisite power and authority to act on behalf of the Applicant Business with respect to the Contest and bind it to these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest or the ability to provide the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual or business it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
5. PRIZES
Several prizes are available to be awarded. These prizes include one “Grand Prize” (described below) awarded to one Entrant and three “Runner-Up Prizes” (described below) awarded to further Entrants.
Grand Prize (1 Winner):
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6000 (including the one-time $5,000 cash business boost).
Runner-Up Prizes for 3 further winners:
ARV of each Runner-Up Prize: approx. $ 330.
If there is not a sufficient number of eligible Entrants to award up to 4 total winners, Sponsor will award fewer Runner-Up Prizes. ARV depends on the final dates, locations, and ticket prices of the 2027 Paso Wine Fest events, which are determined by the event organizer. The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance, including any lodging accommodations, transportation costs, luggage fees, meals, gratuities, and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or with equivalent cash value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, as well as to provide additional prizes. All taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize and all charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Use of any Paso Wine Fest ticket, pass, or credential awarded as part of a prize is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to that ticket, pass, or credential, as well as to all applicable venue and event regulations. All attendees of wine tasting events must be at least 21 years of age and must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request; no alcoholic beverages will be served to any person under 21 years of age or to any person who appears intoxicated. Each winner’s guest(s) must likewise meet the applicable age requirements. Event dates, times, locations, and programming are determined in the sole discretion of the PRWCA and/or the applicable event organizer and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets, passes, or credentials awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event that an event is not held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Sponsor and the PRWCA Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation, postponement, or modification of any Paso Wine Fest event. Sponsor and the PRWCA Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or their guest(s) who behave in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the event. Tickets, passes, and credentials awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the ticket, pass, or credential.
6. WINNER DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be determined by a panel of individuals designated by Sponsor based on the following criteria:
Judging will occur between approximately December 1 and December 4, 2026. Winners will be notified by email or telephone using the information provided at entry on or around December 7, 2026. The winners will be publicly announced at the 2027 Paso Wine Fest Grand Tasting.
To be confirmed a winner, the applicable Entrant will be required to execute and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release that is provided by Sponsor within 1 day of notification from Sponsor. Sponsor may require the winner’s guest to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release as well. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Entrant warrants that they have the ability to grant such rights to the Released Parties and that the exercise of these rights in connection with the Contest will not infringe on any intellectual or proprietary rights of third parties.

Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Contest or winning the prizes if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, it determines that the Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Entrants or the Released Parties.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR OTHERWISE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, RELATED TO THE CONTEST, AND ACCEPTANCE, PARTICIPATION IN, AND USE OF THE PRIZES ARE AT THE WINNER’S SOLE RISK.
