Winner and runners-up will be notified at the Paso Wine Fest 2027.

How to qualify

Must be a business owner aged 18 or older

Business must be located within the Paso Robles American Viticultural Area (AVA) in California

Must be an active, California-registered for-profit or nonprofit business in good standing

Must qualify as a small business:

100 or fewer employees, including affiliates
Average annual gross receipts of $15 million or less over the past 3 years, including affiliates
